Welcome to King Square Counselling. We are a counselling service that aims to make counselling and psychotherapy more accessible for individuals, couples and young people. We are a network of counsellors who offer short and long term therapy for a wide range of issues. Many of our counsellors can be found on the Counsellors page to help you decide who might be the best fit for you.

Many people find attending counselling for the first time a difficult step to take. It may be that for you it raises feelings of stigma around mental health, about being seen as weak or unable to cope, or that there is something wrong with you. We are here to help dispel these concerns. Going to see a counsellor is about your well-being, your self exploration and personal development as well as learning new strategies and coping mechanisms to deal with events in your life you find difficult. The counselling process is carried out in a comfortable and relaxed environment with counsellors who understand that people respond to life events in different ways.

The counsellors at King Square Counselling look forward to working with you. Data Protection has always been of the utmost importance to us. We comply with current EU data protection law and GDPR. (General Data Protection Regulation). All our counsellors are members of a professional body, have DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) and are fully insured.
