Hi there, I am an experienced and successful counsellor, but before that I was a business coach.

And I find a lot of counselling clients who run a business turn to me for coaching or mentoring.

Better time management, delegation, and strategic planning

I draw on my practical skills in coaching, a sound knowledge of behavioural psychology, and my experience with existing and potential leaders to research and reframe the unconscious blocks to performance, in order to accelerate progress, and achieve business, social and personal growth.

As well as being an Accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists I am a member of the Association for Coaching and the Association of Business Mentors .

 I can offer you

• 4 coaching sessions online for free.

If you haven’t improved in some way after that – then so be it.

But if you have improved: you can provide me with a glowing reference and we move on to a fee paying relationship.
